'The Nibelung's Ring', this daring cycle of four full-length music dramas, kept the librettist and the composer busy for more than twenty years, from the first ideas until its completion. What was new about this cycle was the word creations and alliterations or stave rhymes and even the compositional leitmotif technique.This edition contains the complete libretto of the 'Ring' including the leitmotifs of each of the four works.
